FindFox is a grocery price comparison service that helps you find the cheapest store for your weekly shopping list. These Terms govern your use of the FindFox landing page, early access waitlist, and (when available) the FindFox mobile application.
By submitting your email address you agree to receive a one-time launch notification and a promo code from FindFox. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in that email. We will not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

FindFox aggregates publicly available price information and data provided by partner retailers. Prices displayed are for informational purposes only. Actual prices at checkout may differ due to local promotions, loyalty discounts, or data delays. FindFox is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed and actual prices.
All content on the FindFox website and application — including the FindFox name, logo, mascot, and design — is owned by FindFox and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
FindFox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindFox and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to early access subscribers by email. Continued use of FindFox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
